A Note from our Principal

As I enter my 5th year as Middle and High School Principal of Aurora Christian Schools, I continue to thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to serve this incredible school community. As a parent of three boys who attend ACS, I am grateful for the contributions that our school has made in my family, and I am fully invested in seeing our school continue to grow, flourish, and fulfill the mission God has placed before us.
As we begin a new school year, I am excited about the initiatives we are implementing to accomplish the goals outlined in our strategic plan. One of these initiatives is the introduction of Academic Pathways, which will provide our high school students with opportunities to pursue excellence in curricular areas that align with their interests and future goals. We are also continuing to strengthen our STEM programming by expanding opportunities for both middle school and high school students to learn and grow in the field of Robotics.
At ACS, we remain committed to fostering a learning environment characterized by high expectations and academic excellence. Our students consistently perform well on Advanced Placement (AP) exams and standardized assessments, reflecting the dedication of both our students and our faculty.
One of the qualities that truly sets ACS apart is the way we prioritize relationships within our school community. Our staff members are deeply committed to knowing their students and supporting them academically, spiritually, and personally. We also intentionally create opportunities for students to mentor and encourage one another, including younger students, throughout the building.
Another distinguishing characteristic of ACS is our strong emphasis on service. In a typical year, our students devote an average of 40 hours of service beyond what is required for school, demonstrating a genuine desire to live out their faith through meaningful acts of compassion and leadership.
I am looking forward to another wonderful year filled with impactful relationships, high-quality education, and dedicated service. God is doing amazing things in our school community, and I am grateful to be a part of it. Thank you for your continued partnership and support as we work together to help our students grow into all that God has called them to be.
Let us continue to partner together in this important work. Let’s make this our best year yet!
